Provenance that survives the resale
A digital asset provenance and royalty platform that keeps an edition's history, rights and payouts attached to the work itself.
Overview
Tokenframe is a concept product for studios issuing limited digital editions, where the interesting problem is not minting but everything after it: who owns each edition now, what rights came with it, and whether the resale royalty actually reached the artist. It keeps provenance, licence terms and royalty settlement on one record per edition, and shows enforcement honestly — including the marketplaces that ignore royalties entirely.
Once an edition leaves the primary sale it scatters. Ownership sits on chain, licence terms sit in a PDF nobody re-reads, and royalties depend entirely on whether the marketplace chose to honour them. Studios end up unable to answer the two questions that matter: who holds this, and were we paid.
We modelled the edition, not the transaction. Each edition carries its own provenance chain, the licence granted with it and every royalty event, settled or not. The royalty view separates what was owed from what was actually received and names the venue in each case, so enforcement is a decision made on evidence rather than a hope.
