Where we offer a 30-Day Sprint — including the "30-Day Sprint Guarantee" shown on our For Startups page — the thirty days are thirty consecutive calendar days measured from the agreed kickoff date, not from your first enquiry. The guarantee applies only to the scope set out and signed off in the sprint proposal.
A sprint is sized for a single product on a single platform with one primary user journey: in practice around eight to twelve screens, two user roles, and up to five third-party integrations. Work beyond that is quoted as a further sprint rather than absorbed into the thirty days.
The timeline also assumes that you:
- Agree the sprint scope in writing before kickoff and keep it fixed for the duration of the sprint.
- Nominate a single decision-maker who can approve work on your behalf.
- Return feedback, approvals and any content or assets we request within one business day.
- Provide the third-party access the build depends on — payment, email, cloud, domain and API accounts — by the date set out in the proposal.
Any day lost to a change of scope, a late approval, or access we are still waiting on moves the delivery date by the same amount. We will confirm the revised date in writing as soon as it changes.
If we miss the agreed date for reasons within our control, we complete the remaining agreed scope at no further charge. The guarantee covers delivery of that scope only — it is not a warranty of any commercial outcome, funding result, or level of user adoption.
