Lifecycle messaging that knows when to stop
A lifecycle messaging platform where every email and SMS journey is built, tested and frequency-capped in one place.
Overview
Reachly is a concept product for teams running a dozen overlapping email and SMS journeys, where a single customer can end up receiving a welcome series, a browse-abandon nudge and a winback offer in the same afternoon. It puts journey building, send-time logic and a global frequency cap in one tool, so the question 'what has this person already been sent this week' has an answer before the next message goes out.
Journeys get built one campaign at a time, each unaware of the others. Nothing holds the whole picture, so the only way to find out that a customer received four messages in two days is when they unsubscribe — and the unsubscribe is attributed to whichever journey happened to send last.
We put every journey behind one delivery layer that knows a customer's full recent history, so a global frequency cap and quiet hours apply before any message is queued. The journey builder shows the branches and the hold-outs on one canvas, send times are chosen per recipient rather than per campaign, and the suppression view explains exactly why a message was not sent.
